Daniel’s practice is global in nature and focuses on domestic and international matters in all areas of corporate finance, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and securities law. Daniel regularly represents and provides general corporate and securities law advice to publicly and privately held entities ranging in size from startups to those with established multi-national operations and has advised on joint ventures and partnership structures in over 20 countries. Daniel has served as a both an officer and director of Canadian and U.S. publicly listed companies.

Represented a Canadian oil and gas exploration company., in its acquisition from PetroHunter Energy Corporation of a 50 percent working interest in a seven million acre oil & gas prospect in Australia and the negotiation of production and development agreements as well as joint operating agreements for the production and development of these oil and gas properties
